Biography
Yueran joins the Engineering Advising Office from the University of Toronto, where she worked closely with students, student staff, families, and faculty members to support student learning, placement experiences, and academic development.
She earned her Ph.D. in History and is currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Applied Psychology and Human Development at the University of Toronto. Having studied and worked across different countries and educational systems, she brings a thoughtful and culturally informed perspective to supporting diverse student experiences, including those of international students and individuals navigating academic transitions.
Yueran is dedicated to fostering supportive and collaborative relationships with students. She is committed to providing clear guidance, thoughtful support, and helping students connect with the resources they need to thrive both academically and personally.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, especially biking and hiking.
