Eligibility and Academic Standards
Open to all undergraduates except Earth and Climate Science majors.
Students must earn a grade of C- or better in each course in the minor and a GPA ≥2.3 in all courses in the minor. Also, must have at least 18 credits.
Course Requirements
The minor requirements are as follows:
- Required introductory course
- EAS 2250: The Earth System
- At least three core courses selected from the options below
- Two additional EAS courses at the 3000 level or higher
- These courses may include but are not limited to additional courses from the list below and/or EAS 4370 Outside Field Course with one additional course at the 3000 level or higher.

Must take at least two additional EAS courses at the 3000 level or higher
These courses may include but are not limited to additional courses from the list above and/or EAS 4370 Outside Field Course with one additional course at the 3000 level or higher.
